  1. Does your plug in allow for replies to comments? Right now I reply on both my comment page and in email. I am soooo tired of doing both. I like being in a conversation with my followers, but it is really time consuming doing it this way.

    1. Hi Kathleen! I’m sorry that we can’t provide a solution for you on this — our plugin can’t actually cause emails to send out. Instead, it helps any emails that other things on your site (like forms plugins, ecommerce, etc) send out to deliver reliably. More and more, emails are either ending up in spam boxes or not delivering at all, and so our plugin prevents that from happening 🙂

But even though our plugin won’t fix this specific issue for you, I do have a couple of ideas that should help! I’d recommend first checking out WPBeginner’s guide to comment management (they show how to disable emails for comments). And if you still have general WordPress questions after that, or just would like a place to ask these kinds of questions, then I’d recommend joining WPBeginner’s Facebook group.

WPBeginner is our sister site, and their whole purpose is to be free resource for WordPress users. I hope that helps get you on the right track! 🙂
