To check the settings, open the page on which you have the contact form with Brizy Builder.
Click on the submit button and a few options will appear. Click on the last option that looks like a plug.
A popup will appear with options for email. Here, click on the WordPress option and a new screen with email fields will appear.
On the new screen, you will find options for the To and From email settings.
The Email To field will have the admin email prefilled. This is the address at which you’ll receive emails. You’ll want to change this to an email address with your domain extension so it looks less spammy when it hits email servers.
Below that, you’ll see the From Email. Enter a real email address with your domain extension and enter the site name in the From Name field.
Since this email notification is for the website owner, you can leave the Reply-To field empty.
Click on the Continue button and you’ll see the success message.

Here are a few tips to help you choose the best:
- If you have a big website or website that sends a lot of transactional emails, we recommend SendLayer, SMTP.com, or Sendinblue.
- WP Mail SMTP supports Gmail or Google Workspace. This is a great option for a small site, and you can use a Gmail alias to send WordPress emails if you want to.
- You can use the Other SMTP option if you already have SMTP server details. Keep in mind that this is less reliable and less secure than using a mailer service.
Go ahead and select the email service you think is the best fit for your website.

4. Enable Email Logging
In the next step, WP Mail SMTP will ask you which features you’d like to enable. By default, it’ll have two options enabled:
- Improved Email Deliverability
- Email Error Tracking
If you have the Pro version, you can enable Detailed Email Logs to record every email that’s being sent from your website.
The email logging feature is super helpful if you want to spot errors with your emails.
The log screen makes it easy to search for a specific email and check if it was sent successfully. Depending on which mailer you’re using, you’ll see the different statuses of the emails.
