Hello from Vienna,
it would be great if you could add an information, where the contacts are stored. I’m within the EU and for me it makes a great difference, if my contacts are stored within my WordPress tables (which is located within the EU) or if the contacts are stored by the sending service somewhere outside the EU (f.i. in the US in some cases).
Kind regards,
Robert
Hi Robert,
The free version of the WP Mail SMTP plugin does not store any data, such as email logs or form data. I would suggest checking with the form plugin you’re using to see if they store such data.
For the paid versions, we do not store or process any data from users on your site, including email logs. All of these are stored in your WordPress site’s database on your hosting server.
For more information, please refer to this guide.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
